NKJV errors and corruption

Here is a brief look at the many errors and corruptions that are found in the New "King James" Version. As you can see, it would be in your best interest to stick with the inspired King James Bible rather than a fake pretender. Here are 12 errors.

1.) No studying in the NKJV.

NKJV 2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

KJB 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2.) No worshiping Christ in the NKJV.

NKJV  Matthew 20:20 Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Him with her sons, kneeling down and asking something from Him.

KJB Matthew 20:20 Then came to him the mother of Zebedee's children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him.

3.) No warning about keeping a good testimony in the  NKJV. A Christian does not only need to abstain from evil, he needs to quit looking like he is doing evil.

NKJV 1 Thessalonians 5:22 Abstain from every form of evil.

KJB 1 Thessalonians 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

4.) No warning against false science in the NKJV.

NKJV 1 Timothy 6:20  O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge

KJB 1 Timothy 6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:

5.) No warning against corrupting the word of God in the NKJV.

NKJV 2 Corinthians 2:17  For we are not, as so many, peddling the word of God; but as of sincerity, but as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ.

KJB 2 Corinthians 2:17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

6.) The NKJV attacks the doctrine of the eternal security and sanctification of the believer.

NKJV Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

KJB Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

7.) The NKJV exalts Mary, a Roman Catholic trick. (and note that only the KJB quotes Isaiah 7:14 correctly, "a virgin shall conceive"....not "THE virgin")

NKJV Matthew 1:23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.

KJB Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

8.) The NKJV inserts harder words into the text by transliterating rather than  translating.

NKJV 1 Kings 10:28 Also Solomon had horses imported from Egypt and Keveh; the king’s merchants bought them in Keveh at the current price.

KJB 1 Kings 10:28 And Solomon had horses brought out of Egypt, and linen yarn: the king's merchants received the linen yarn at a price.

9.) The NKJV attacks the Deity of Christ and His equality with God. (John 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.)

ATTACKING THE DEITY OF CHRIST

NKJV
--Acts 3:13 The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let Him go.
--Acts 3:26 To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.”
--Acts 4:27 “For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together
--Acts 4:30 by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.”

KJB
--Acts 3:13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
--Acts 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
--Acs 4:27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
--Acts 4:30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

10.) The NKJV attacks the doctrine of God's faithfulness to the believer and that we are justified and kept saved by His unwavering faith to the members of the Church which is His body. (2 Timothy 2:11-13 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. Ephesians 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.)

DESTROYING THE DOCTRINE OF ETERNAL SECURITY BY THE FAITHFULNESS OF GOD

NKJV
--Romans 3:22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;
--Galatians 2:16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.
--Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
--Galatians 3:22 But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
--Ephesians 3:12 in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.
 --Philippians 3:9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;

KJB
--Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
--Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
--Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
--Galatians 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
--Ephesians 3:12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
--Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

11.) When a believer trusts Christ believing the Gospel of the Grace of God, he is saved and given the righteousness of Christ. Which means, every believer has the spiritual standing (in Christ) of being just as righteous as Christ (Rom. 3:21-26, 1 Cor. 1:30, 2 Cor. 5:21, 1 John 3:9). However, the NKJV says that we only get righteousnes "from" God, not the righteousness "OF" God. That is a big difference!

NKJV Philippians 3:9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;

KJB Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

12.) The NKJV capitalizes the "h" in 2 Thessalonians 2:7 to promote the heresy that the Holy Ghost is not present on the earth during the Tribulation. The "h" should not have been capitalized because the Holy Ghost is on the earth during the Tribulation according to Revelation 5:6, And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

The restrainer is clearly the Church which is Christ's Body (1 Thes. 1:10, 5:9, Rom.5:9, 11:25). That is the "he" (Eph. 2:15, 4:13).

ATTACKING THE OMNIPRESENCE OF THE HOLY GHOST

NKJV 2 Thessalonians 2:7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.

KJB 2 Thessalonians 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
